01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Good Omen Trading LLC product (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02Description of Services

Good Omen is an automated signal execution tool that receives trading signals from third-party sources (such as TradingView) and executes orders on your behalf through your connected brokerage account. Good Omen is a tool for executing your own trading strategies; it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of its own.

03Not Financial Advice

Good Omen Trading LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing provided through any of our Services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are yours alone. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any trade executed or informed by use of our Services.

Past performance, including live trading history, does not guarantee future results. Good Omen Trading LLC accepts no liability for trading decisions made using our Services.

04Subscription Billing

Beta access to Good Omen is currently free. The terms in this section apply when paid subscriptions become available.

When subscriptions become available, Good Omen will be offered as a monthly SaaS subscription billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you will agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and feature availability at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of price changes affecting their account.

05Accounts and Authentication

Good Omen uses Clerk for account authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

06Your Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information when requested; maintain the security of your account credentials and API tokens; comply with the terms of service of any connected broker or platform; not use the Services for any unlawful purpose; and not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our Services.

07Brokerage Accounts

Good Omen connects to your brokerage account via OAuth authorization. By connecting your account, you grant Good Omen permission to place and cancel orders on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all activity in your brokerage account, including any losses incurred.

Good Omen is a configurable execution tool. Risk parameters (including position sizing, leverage caps, stop loss thresholds, and entry restrictions) are configured during onboarding based on your stated preferences and may be modified by you at any time. You are solely responsible for selecting parameters appropriate to your account size, risk tolerance, and trading strategy. Good Omen does not recommend, advise, or determine appropriate parameters for any user. Good Omen will run on accounts of any size that meet your connected broker's own minimum requirements. We do not currently impose an account size minimum of our own; we may add one in the future to support our risk management approach.

Supported Brokerage Connections

The Service supports connections to multiple brokerage providers via OAuth authorization, with both live and paper trading options available. See goodomentrading.com for the current list of supported broker integrations. Additional broker connections may be added in the future. Each user selects which broker(s) to connect at onboarding. Paper trading is strongly recommended before connecting any live brokerage account.

08Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the minimum data required to operate the Services.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Omen Trading LLC and its founders shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or any other damages arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
