01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Good Omen Trading LLC product (“the Services”), including Good Omen and Good Omen Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02Description of Services

Good Omen

Good Omen is an automated signal execution platform that receives trading signals from third-party sources (such as TradingView) and executes orders on your behalf through your connected brokerage account. Good Omen is a tool for executing your own trading strategies — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of its own.

Good Omen Tools

Good Omen Tools (tools.goodomentrading.com) is a suite of analysis tools powered by Claude (Anthropic) for systematic traders. Current tools include the Pine Script Explainer and Backtest Report Card. These tools analyze submitted code and data and return statistical analysis and pattern detection results. They do not provide financial advice or trading recommendations.

03Not Financial Advice

Good Omen Trading LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing provided through any of our Services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are yours alone. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any trade executed or informed by use of our Services.

Analysis results produced by Good Omen Tools are statistical in nature and based solely on the data you provide. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future live trading results. Good Omen Trading LLC accepts no liability for trading decisions made using any output from our Services.

04Good Omen Tools — Edge Packs and Purchases

Good Omen Tools uses a credit system called Edges. Edges are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe. By purchasing an Edge pack, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for purchased Edges, whether used or unused.
• Edges expire 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or transferred.
• Edges are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• We reserve the right to modify Edge pricing and pack sizes at any time. Purchased Edges are not affected by price changes.
• If a technical failure on our part prevents an analysis from completing, the Edges for that analysis will be refunded to your account.

05Accounts and Authentication

Good Omen Tools uses Clerk for account authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

06Your Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information when requested; maintain the security of your account credentials and API tokens; comply with the terms of service of any connected broker or platform; not use the Services for any unlawful purpose; and not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our Services.

You also agree not to submit malicious code, prompt injection attempts, or content designed to manipulate or exploit our Claude-powered analysis systems. Accounts found to be doing so may be suspended without notice.

07Brokerage Accounts (Good Omen)

Good Omen connects to your brokerage account via OAuth authorization. By connecting your account, you grant Good Omen permission to place and cancel orders on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all activity in your brokerage account, including any losses incurred.

Your connected brokerage account must maintain a minimum equity balance of $2,000 to use Good Omen. We recommend a minimum balance of $5,000 for appropriate risk management. Good Omen reads your account equity at connection and may adjust available risk parameters and feature limits based on your account balance. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient equity to meet the minimum requirement and to retain access to your configured tier. Good Omen is not responsible for trading losses that occur as a result of parameter changes triggered by equity fluctuations.

08Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the minimum data required to operate the Services.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Omen Trading LLC and its founders shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or any other damages arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for Edge packs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, unused Edges are forfeited and are not refundable.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
